Why Post Futurism?

Fri Feb 15, 2008, 10:15 PM
My work is post futurist. Technology and Science have made available new materials and a more accurate perspective about our place in the universe. What an exciting time to be alive! Transhumanism is my philosophical view - someday people will make people immortal (it's just an engineering problem)

My latest work combines the human figure, classical composition, and futurist accents. Combining passions is a great idea!

AtheistMonk vs. MaverickMystic

This is an opportunity for us to have an exchange on the existence of the supernatural.

I will take the first shot. We live in a material world with measurable, scientific, factual truths.

There are no ghosts, spirits, heaven or hell that we do not create manifestly here on earth. Science is what gave us every improvement in the human condition and will continue to be our only savior.

I am highly collaborative and enjoy working with other artists and in particular Travis Krause (MaverickMystic) - The KING of high tech ceramics - to bring new ideas to the public. Our works if done appropriately should give the viewer the sense that they might be in a museum 6000 years from now looking at 2000 year old artifacts. Think about it.
